Huş Plywood is a high-quality forest product type of plywood imported from Russia and produced by the Huş brand. Film-coated plywood panels are formed by laying thin layers of wood crosswise on top of each other and pressing them at high temperatures. These layers are usually obtained from durable trees such as pine, beech and birch. After pressing, Marin (WBP) glue, which is resistant to moisture and wetting, is used for the edges and then the outer surface is covered with kraft paper or phenolic film impregnated with finolic resin imported from Finland. Thanks to this feature, it is frequently preferred in concrete formwork floors of constructions, both for its reusability and time saving in work processes.
Huş Plywood, which has a wide range of uses from the construction sector to furniture production, is a long-lasting and durable material with its film-coated surfaces. It shows excellent performance in all types of projects and offers an environmentally sensitive choice with its ecologically friendly features. Since it has a marking at 25 mm gaps with a grid pattern, it makes cutting work easier in plywood. These grids also guide the placement of reinforcement bars. Huş plywood product, whose edges are coated with waterproof acrylic paint, provides protection against moisture up to 60%. Since its surface is coated with a durable film that is resistant to all types of abrasion, it successfully passes 360 cycles in Taber abrasion tests and is resistant to weights such as concrete or high levels of pressure.
